热处理

由于直接与能源的再利用有关，残留的废弃物和残渣的热处理必须采用经过验证的安全解决方案。

生活垃圾的分拣和可回收惰性生物部分的分离可生产出高热值的燃料，这是一种通过燃料产生热能或电能的合理方式。

无论其是否进行过预先化污，从污水净化中获得的残渣都不能应用于农业领域，但是对其热能的再利用可解决此问题。
