城市规划环境分析

城市规划环境分析（AEU）是由法国环境能源署（Ademe）开发的一套综合性分析法。此方法有助于地方当局解决各类城市规划项目中前期出现的环境，经济以及社会问题。它是一种辅助决策工具，包括两大主要步骤：

  • 多学科的评估或审计
  • 可在最佳条件下实现项目目标的提议

我司工程师和城市规划师将对环境的影响进行评估并设法加强某一地点或项目的有利条件。

    AEU assignment for a social housing neighbourhood (about 2000 homes) in the framework of an urban renovation project (National Urban Renewal Agency agreement): environmental assessment and definition of guidelines.
