Pristup zaštiti životne sredine u gradskim zonama razvila je Agencija za Zaštitu životne sredine i kontrolu energije (Ademe). Ona omogućava svim lokalnim zajednicama da integrišu sve prirodne, ekonomske i društvene uloge prilikom pripreme pojedinačnog urbanističkog projekta. Ona je svojevrstan vid pomoćiu donošenju odluka koja obuhvata dve osnovne etape :

  • dijagnozu ili multidisciplinarnu reviziju
  • predviđanja na osnovu kojih se dolazi do ciljeva koji su sadržani u projektu.

Naši inženjeri i urbanisti procenjuju uticaje na životnu sredinu i dodatno vrednuju prednosti jednog projekta ili gradilišta.
