Prvo, sakupljanje otpada znači biti pragmatičan. Drugo, znači biti u stanju da se iskoriste moderna sredstva transporta i logistike. I najzad, znači biti kadar upravljati timovima ljudi, integrišući sofisticirane koncepte organizacije rada i bezbednosti. I uz sve to nikako ne zaboraviti platežne obaveze sakupljanja otpada kroz takse, predviđene projektovane troškove eksploatacije.

GIRUS je spreman da isprati lokalne samouprave u organizaciji sakupljanja otpada, sprovodeći projekte u delo i dalje radi na njihovom usavršavanju kroz stvaranje programa za optimizaciju. Mi smo tu za svaku vrstu intervencija koja imaju za cilj da otkriju neku vrstu disfunkcionalnosti na samom terenu, kao i da dođemo do najboljih rešenja za prevazilaženja zatečenog lošeg stanja.
