Integrisati principe održivog razvoja, predložiti dugotrajna rešenja koja bi bila prilagođena i usaglašena sa određenim lokalnim kontekstom ili pojedinačnim projektom smatraju se novim izazovima na koje se očekuje da odgovore energetičari. Pojmovi poput biomase, pasivne i termičke sunčeve energije, solarne fotonaponske energije, snage vetra, vode, geotermalne energije su sada javljaju objedinjeni u projekte i predstavljaju zahteve na koje je GIRUS spreman da odgovori oslanjajući se na visokostručan i multidisciplinaran tim ljudi.
