«Экологичная городская планировка» — это обширная программа, разработанная Французским агентством по окружающей среде и энергоэффективности (ADEME). Программа позволяет местным властям решать экологические, экономические и социальные вопросы на ранней стадии проектирования городской застройки. Она является инструментом, помогающим принимать решение. Программа включает два основных этапа:

  • Многопрофильная оценка (или аудит).
  • Разработка рекомендаций по оптимальной реализации проекта.
