    Design and construction supervision + OPC for the whole scheme. GIRUS was the main contractor in the design & construction consortium. Structure made of concrete, metal and wood with a built-in overhead crane.

    All trades engineering services + OPC concerning 7,000 m2 of retail space + offices + car parks + storage areas. Structure: concrete + metal. Anchored base slab for underground car parks situated below the water table. Total constructed area: 21,000 m2. Total renovated area: 16,500 m2.
