Abordarea de mediu si urbanistica

AMU, abordarea de mediu si urbanistica, globala dezvoltata de Agentia de Mediu si Proiectare Energetica – agentia publica a carei misiune este de a implementa politicile guvernamentale franceze in domeniiile mediului, energiei si ale dezvoltarii durabile. Ea permite colectivitatilor locale sa integreze cerintele de mediu, economice si sociale inainte de orice proiect urbanistic operational. Ea este un instrument de sprijin in deciziile care includ 2 etape majore:

  • un diagnostic sau un audit pluridisciplinar
  • previzionari care permit raspunsul la obiectivele proiectului in conditii mai bune

inginerii si urbanistii evalueaza impactul de mediu si valorizeaza atuurile unui sit sau ale unui proiect.
