Organizarea colectelor

Colectarea inseamna sa fii pragmatic. Inseamna sa stii sa utilizezi mijloace moderne de transport si de logistica. Inseamna totodata sa gestionezi echipe de personal, sa integrezi notiuni precise de organizare a muncii si de securitate. Si pentru a oferi asitenta trebuie sa stii cum sa gestionezi componenta financiara, cu taxe si impozite, de provizioane legate de exploatare.

GIRUS intervine in toate acestea si asista colectivitatile in organizarea colectarii, pune in exploatare si participa la dezvoltarea programelor informatice de optimizare. Suntem capabili sa acoperim interventiile de identificare a disfunctionalitatilor din teren si sa elaboram solutii de organizare pentru a le  remedia. Colectarea trebuie sa fie inovatoare pentru a raspunde preocuparilor urbanistice actuale.

    The Argentan regional SITCOM provides services to 99 communes, with a population of 42,657. It is responsible for the prevention, collection, recovery and treatment of household and assimilated waste. The objectives of the assignment were the following: study to reorganise collection routes in the area, asses- sment of investment and operational costs of the new organisation, drawing up of an implementation schedule for the transition from the current organisation to the new one over a 4 year period.

Our assignment consisted of three separate aims and stages:assessment and characterisation of the current situation, study to optimise the system and compare different potential scenarios, definition of a new system of organisation and financial impacts of the chosen scenario, and designs for collection routes.
