Constructia durabila – (ICM) Inalta Calitate de Mediu

Cunoasterea utilizarii resurselor, a energiei, a apei, a materialelor, reducerea noxelor vizuale si sonore, limitarea poluarii si a productiei de deseuri, ameliorarea bunastarii sunt parti componente ale unei ambitii de reusita in domeniile mediului, a celor economice si sociale.

Ea este in centrul principiilor de dezvoltare si de amenajare durabila.  

In mod concret se traduce prin integrarea obiectivelor ICM,  (Inalta Calitate de Mediu), in proiectele de amenajare, de constructie si de restructurare.

Actori publici sau privati, va insotim atunci cand luati in considerare  aceste cerinte si cand vreti sa puneti in practica aceste obiective.

Cartierele eco, zonele certificate, etichetele de mediu, fac parte din practica noastra cotidiana.
