Environmental Approach to Urban Planning
The “Environmental Approach to Urban Planning” is a comprehensive process developed by the French Environment and Energy Demand Management Agency (Ademe). It enables local authorities to address environmental, economic and social issues at an early stage of any operational urban planning project. It is a decision-aid tool comprising two main stages:
- a multidisciplinary assessment or audit
- recommendations for satisfying project aims in the best possible conditions.
Our engineers and urban planners assess the environmental impacts and take steps to enhance the assets of each site or project.
